Creative Collaboration

UX + Product + Content design

It’s Nice to meet you

I’ve been using human-centered design principles to solve complex problems with conversational AI technology for over a decade.

I love a good no-limits brainstorm session and simple design solutions.

I believe in kindness, the importance of sharing knowledge and staying curious.

Case Studies

CERENCE SING

Cerence is a leader in voice powered in-vehicle experiences. As part of an innovation initiative, the product owner came to the design team with the idea to use Cerence’s conversational AI technology to create a karaoke experience safe enough for drivers to enjoy. I worked on the UX for this project in close collaboration with a co-designer and the product owner to create a proof of concept.

VinFast launched their VF 8 and VF 9 electric vehicles with Cerence Sing in March 2022.

BowFlex JRNy app

BowFlex’s JRNY app is an in-home subscription workout program. When Bowflex wanted to upgrade their workout app to add movement tracking for their strength-focused programs, they licensed Cerence’s speech technology and brought us in to connect the dots between the voice and the vision tech and create a new virtual trainer experience. I worked on this project as lead voice UX designer.

BowFlex launched JRNY with Motion Tracking in January 2023.

Cerence Studio

Cerence Studio is a developer tool that allows organizations to create and deploy custom conversational AI experiences. I joined the project in the early ideation stage at Nuance before Nuance Mix was spun off as Cerence Studio. I led various UX and content design efforts, created educational content, including videos and technical documentation and did UI design using Studio’s pre-established design system.

Today, Nuance Mix and Cerence Studio are licensed by customers like Audi and BMW.
